Participate in setting End of Line (EOL) product strategic direction
Prospect aggressively within target market
Develop Representatives/Distributors
Drive all channel business from contract negotiation to sales

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years’ regional channel sales experience in lifestyle-related industries with some years in handling EOL products
Experience in recruiting regional channel partners a plus
Track record of consistently exceeding individual and team goals
Must be a self-starter, a fast learner who is able to work independently
Customer focused, able to create strong relationships with distributors and retailers across the region
Strong entrepreneurial spirit
Must be willing to travel

Job Description:

Formulate effective retail training and development strategies to meet business objectives
Partner with country retail and regional teams to identify training needs and develop training plan for employees in LOL™ retail stores in the region
Manage development, design and delivery of training materials and programs
Evaluate the training effectiveness of programs and provide insights for further improvement

Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or related discipline
Minimum 8 years’ training experience of which 2 years in regional role
Retail training experience is essential
Able to build relationships and influence individuals and teams
Proactive, well-organized and good team player
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Proficient Microsoft computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Able to travel when required

Our History

It all started in July 2008, in Nanyang Polytechnic, Singapore, when Suherman Tjong, Victor Kan and Celestina Jong decided to market a nifty gadget developed and manufactured by Plastic Creations, Inc.

Originally intended as a indoor poop picker for owners who wants no contact with their beloved pets' waste, LOL™ Singapore introduced it’s I/O Poop Picker in January 2008 at the Entrepreneur/Inventor 2008 and it was an instant hit! From there, popularity mushroomed. Sales poured in and since then LOL™ Singapore had gone beyond the shores of sunny island Singapore and renamed LOL™!

From 2008-2009 LOL™ focused on accommodating our remarkable growth while maintaining control. We expanded our product line, added a warehouse and a shipping operation for speedy assembly and delivery, hired a senior management team and acquired Plastic Creations. Today, LOL™ are available all over the world and on the internet as we continue to significantly expand all aspects of our business.

Despite our rapid success, we still stand behind to the core values of LOL™. We are committed to making and improving relations between pets and pet owners with regards to waste clearance, the fashion of the product, enhance functionality that can be produced quickly and at an affordable cost to our customers. We thank you for your support and look forward to providing you with exciting new LOL™ designs in the years to come.
